Progress on North Wales Extension Project

We recently visited our client in Prestatyn to review the progress of the project, which they have been managing during the later stages of construction and fitting out.

This project involved technical complexities, such as setting the ground floor level lower than the existing one to meet the client's spatial requirements. Innovate Architecture coordinated with the project engineers and building control to address all technical aspects of the design, including damp proofing, existing foundation support, and proper thermal envelope detailing, before the construction phase began.

We have added some of the progress photos through the various stages, the most recent results were satisfying, and we are looking forward to a final completion visit.
