Innovate Architecture Limited is a Chartered Practice of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), delivering high-quality architectural design, technical, planning, building regulation and cost-consultancy services across North Wales & The North West. As a CIAT Chartered Practice we specialise in designs that get built and commit to the highest professional standards, integrity and professional practices. We pride ourselves on our expertise in guiding clients through the entire lifecycle of a project — from feasibility and concept design, through planning and building regulation approvals, to construction documentation and completion. We also extend our offer to cost consultancy / private quantity surveying to ensure value, efficiency and clarity for our clients.
Innovate Architecture Limited was formed in 2024 by William Gill MCIAT, bringing together over a decade of experience across architectural practice and the construction industry. William began his professional journey in architecture in 2012 after qualifying for university, joining an established architectural practice where he steadily progressed through the ranks. His dedication, technical expertise, and leadership saw him advance to Associate in 2016 and later to Director in 2019, a role he held until 2024. During this time, he was responsible for delivering a wide range of projects, overseeing design development, client relationships, and project delivery from concept through to completion.
Alongside his architectural practice experience, William has also worked within construction companies as a Design Manager and Project Manager. This hands-on exposure to the construction process provides a strong practical understanding of buildability, cost control, programme management, and on-site coordination. It allows Innovate Architecture Limited to bridge the gap between design intent and construction reality, ensuring well-considered, efficient, and deliverable solutions.
