Our client wanted to enhance their already charming bungalow by adding a roof dormer and a series of carefully considered improvements. Our approach focused on creating a simple, clean design, supported by
clear and well-presented drawings that effectively communicated the architectural vision.
Following a measured survey and the preparation of existing drawings at the end of April, we worked closely with the client to refine and agree the proposed design. Within just a few weeks of our appointment, we had prepared and submitted the householder planning application.

The application was quickly validated by Conwy County Borough Council, with all the required documentation provided, including a location plan, existing and proposed floor plans, elevations, site plans, and a Green Infrastructure Statement, which is now a mandatory requirement for planning applications in Wales.
We were delighted by the efficiency of the planning process, with Conwy County Borough Council determining the application almost a week ahead of the target decision date and granting planning permission. This positive outcome allows our client to move forward with confidence and demonstrates the value of a well-prepared planning submission.
If you're planning improvements to your home in Conwy or elsewhere in North Wales, we'd be happy to discuss your project and guide you through the planning process from initial survey to approval.
